Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your items and you would like to return anything to us, you will need to complete the returns form that was included in your order and send the parcel back to us using the label included.
If you have mis-placed your returns form, click here to download a copy. Complete the details and send your package back to the address detailed. Please ensure you include your order number that can be found on the order confirmation email.
Products can only be returned within 14 days of receiving the items and must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
Returns of products that are faulty will be accepted and refunded if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
In case of returning goods, we will refund ONLY the cost of goods – postage costs are not refundable. We recommend you use a reputable carrier/courier service that offers parcel tracking.
Follow these simple steps to return your item/s:
- Completely fill out the returns form.
- Enclose the return sheet and items being returned into a package.
- Take package to courier/carrier of choice. We advise keeping tracking information safe for you your own records.
